Various new features present in Intravenous 2 were meant to be included in the first game, but were ultimately cut due to time & budget constraints.

This campaign port is as much a port as it is "Intravenous 1 2.0" - keeping the feel of the original, while adapting the game levels to the new gameplay mechanics of the sequel, and bringing a level of polish to the overall package to make it a much better experience all around.

Key features:

  • Updated game levels. The campaign looks & plays better with improved layouts, new routes to allow for more gameplay variety, and are adapted to the game design of Intravenous 2.
  • Updated soundtrack. VIP (variation in production) tracks for all levels, including new tracks for levels that didn't have their own, by the extremely talented Xtrullor.
  • Refined narrative. Dialogues and cutscenes received changes to keep narrative quality consistent, while preserving the atmosphere of the first game.
  • Bells & whistles. Experience all the improvements done to the sequel in this campaign remaster. Want an even bigger juxtaposition? Try playing the original after this.
