While each run of the game will differ, the true progression of the story comes from knowledge gained in previous runs. Only by gathering all of this knowledge can you actually see where the ending of this tale lies.
Hidden Stats
Your decisions are tracked throughout the game via stats, and these stats drastically alter the way the game can end. You'll have to experiment with every type of choice in order to see everything the story has to offer.
